Site integration

Our technology (via our API) enables you to create, cancel and track parcel deliveries, add branding to customer tracking communication (where applicable), look up pickup points from our PUDO (pick-up drop-off) network and much more.

Global network of local delivery providers

Our strong relationships with final-mile delivery providers help ensure your customers enjoy an exceptional delivery experience to over 220 countries and territories.

One label approach

This means, when using a tracked service option, we can track a customer's parcel from when it leaves the warehouse to when it is delivered. This gives you a single view of each parcel across multiple tracking systems.

Parcel tracking

When the tracked service option is selected, you gain access to a personalised tracking portal, keeping you updated every step of the way. With all the information you need at your fingertips, we can help reduce Where Is My Order (WISMO) queries, while providing tracking and visibility.

Linehaul

We manage the linehaul process, so we have more control over your parcels and more transit visibility.

Local language

We understand how important it is to make sure your customers feel special. So, when their parcel arrives in their country or territory, where available, they will receive an email in their native language informing them that it's on the way.
